SAINT JUDE DEVOTION

Devotions to St. Jude Thaddeus, "patron of hopeless cases," have become associated with the Dominican Order. Many Dominican churches and parishes sponsor a novena in the Apostle's honor around the time of his feast, October 28. The major Shrine of Saint Jude in the West is located at St. Dominic's Church in San Francisco, where four novenas are conducted annually in his honor. For further information on devotion to St. Jude, contact: Reverend Director, Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus, 2390 Bush Street, San Francisco, California 94115; telephone 415-931-5919.
